Memory of the Heart Warrior

Mind is matter. Doesn’t
The pitter patter of thought
Disrupt the glow and
The flow
Of inner light
Illuminated,

The witness watches
Beyond the clock, the eternal tickles
The hands of time
Are out of your control
The ebbs and furrows
Of your fretted brow
Dissolve in the power
Of now

And then, you open
The sanctuary door
Unfurls the way
With the crisp signature
Of truthfelt recollection

Aloof, the watcher witnesses
The reality of this predicament
The beauty of the illusion
The depth of the clarity
Shines,

From within, we see
The reflection, the connection
Inside, outside
The relationship merges
In confluence
The breath becomes awareness.

Awake, we breathe through
The veil
Disintegrates into integration
For the first time, again.

Grounded into reality
The floodgates come unwoven
Love streams inward
And flutters outward
The heart melts into completion
Hole once more
From nothing into all

A memory is restored.
A wisdom arouses.
The return of a journey
Through space-time,
Pain and paradox
Unites eternity in a moment.

The tapestry of life
Blossoms as you
Return home
Healed
To the luminary garden
Of ungodly divinity.

Grown down, blown up
And left sideways
Right from the fabric of infinity
Innocently,
Mind you
Become
A true warrior of the heart.

THE SOUND OF SILENCE

Modern science and ancient wisdom both agree that, at the most fundamental level, all existence (including you, I and all living things) are, in essence, made up of vibrating, pulsating energy.

Since time immemorial there have been accounts of humans experiencing this underlying source energy. This peek experience is commonly described as an all-encompassing humming vibration. It manifests in our internal experience as we expand and refine our awareness beyond gross surface level phenomena to the most subtle frequency of being.

In Sanskrit this sound at the source of all existence is called “Anahata Nada” or “The Unstruck Sound”. In other words, it is the only sound that is not created by two (or more) objects striking together. This sound is the sound of primordial energy, of the universe itself, of source. Joseph Campbell aptly describes this sound as similar to the humming vibration of an electrical transformer.

You have probably heard the famous ancient Buddhist koan “What is the sound of one hand clapping?”. On a surface level this riddle may seem to have no logical answer. However, perhaps it points towards knowledge of a sound much more subtle and fundamental than anything on a physical level…

There are many interpretations of this ancient primordial sound, but the one that resonates most with my personal experience is that of the Vedic tradition. They say that the audible sound that best captures this unstruck sound is “OM”.

This ancient mantra is made up of 4 distinct elements. The first three are the vocal sounds A, U, and M, while the fourth is the silence that begins and ends the sound. Each of these elements are in fact representative of 4 distinct states of consciousness:

“A” represents the level of normal waking consciousness where subject/object duality is present. This is the material world.

“U” represents the level of dream consciousness where the subject/object divide becomes blurred as both are contained within our awareness. This is our inner world.

“M” represents the level of deep dreamless sleep. Subject and object no longer exist in our awareness. This is the cosmic night, the underlying field of pure consciousness, infinite potentiality and contains all worldly phenomena.

We can distil the aim of all spiritual endeavour to experiencing (or rather permanently establishing) the third and most subtle level of consciousness while awake. In fact, the term “Yoga” itself means to yoke or join. The pinnacle of yogic teaching can therefore be understood as when we join and unify our waking consciousness with its deepest silent source.

This is what “AUM”, the fourth element, represents. It is the yoking of the first three elements. The unstruck sound that completes and begins the perpetual cycle of all creation. It is the unified vibration and frequency of silence.

Modern science would lead us to believe that our universe was created by the Big Bang, a singular event that gave rise to our universe yet has been and gone. Ancient wisdom and the accounts of innumerable mystics throughout time would lead us to understand that the vibrations and frequencies that correlate with the source of creation are in fact ongoing and eternal. Furthermore, they can be experienced, at any time, within our own human awareness.

You may be asking what the significance of this is? What is the real-world value of this knowledge?

To answer this question, we must first remind ourselves that we are not separate from the universe or any aspect of creation.

In today’s world so many of us are searching for a sense of belonging and connection. As our outer world becomes ever more technologically advanced the result is that we lose touch with our inner world and innate inner technologies.

Rudolph Steiner once stated that “man will continue to create technologies outside of himself until he realises they are all copies of technologies that exist within him or he destroys the world. The question is which will come first.”

Given the current state of our world this is a time for us to reflect and re-evaluate the methods that got us to this point. It is high time we re-connect with ancient wisdom that may help us to create peace and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.

If we as a society have lost touch (for the most part) with the knowledge of our source is it not natural that we may feel lost and disconnected? How can we feel at home when we are cut off from our innate essence?

Furthermore, if contained within the primordial sound is the latent energy, frequency and vibration that gave rise to all creation what are we missing out on by not harnessing and nurturing this connection to source?

What latent human potentials are waiting for us to re-discover if we learn to develop our inner world?

We know that incredible feats and miraculous healing events have been documented throughout history, often attributed to highly evolved spiritual masters and yogis.

Nevertheless, these very teachers always remind us that any power they have is accessible and attainable for every single human being with no exception.

We are currently experiencing a time in the world where many of us are living in fear during a global pandemic. Furthermore, our health as a global society is falling apart. Yet, we continue to put our faith in external powers (modern technologies and governments) to provide the solution. Unfortunately, most of us overlook our own internal powers and the effect this can have on the world as we cultivate them.

Simply put, many of us are living in a state of chronic dis-ease and dis-connection. Our planet and the very fabric of our societies are suffering as a result. We are caught in a perpetual search outside of ourselves for a solution to our existential angst. With each Facebook like, with each hit of dopamine in a world of instant and illusory gratification, we are drawn further away from our source.

Saint Francis of Assisi once said: “What you are looking for is what is looking”. An apt pointer as to the direction of observation and enquiry required to truly find our way back home as humans. It is just as pertinent today, if not even more so.

We exist in a paradigm where modern science and technology has become our new religion. The end goal is one of complete control and domination over nature. It is a path that, if Steiner’s prophecy turns out to be correct, will lead to the destruction of humanity.

Perhaps we are being lead astray by our new faith? It certainly seems as though our continual pursuit for more and greater external advancement is spiralling out of control to the detriment of our inner peace and happiness.

Has our society gone mad? Have we lost touch with reality in the truest and most fundamental meaning of the word?

Albert Einstein’s definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. With that in mind, we must at least admit that the modern mission of continually seeking fulfilment and salvation though external means is built on somewhat shaky and elusive foundations.

Nikola Tesla famously said that “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”.

This may all sound good on paper, but you might be asking yourself what is the practical application of all this? How does AUM and esoteric concepts relating to the sound of silence help me in my day to day?

To answer this it is useful to note the AUM is also referred to as Prananva, a Sanskrit word which means both controller of life force (prana) and life-giver (infuser of prana). Prana also means breath (wherein lies a potential clue). It is our breath (prana) that connects us to our primordial source of pure consciousness.

Now, there are many methods and techniques that can help us to experience union with source and validate for ourselves the truth behind this ancient wisdom from yoga to breathwork and pranayama or even certain consciousness-altering substances.

It is an experience that I would best describe as an orgasm of the soul.

As one’s awareness settles beyond any external point of reference our mind’s eye is filled with golden white light. As we surrender and allow the light to wash over us we are filled with an ever growing and expanding sense of bliss. As we deepen further into the experience and let go of any construct or notion of I or a separate self we can transcend the light.

Beyond the light we hear, feel and become the primordial vibration. As we continue to surrender the vibration intensifies and the frequency can be allowed to rise infinitely until we dissolve into absolute nothingness…only to emerge from the thundering washing machine of creation and back into the beautiful light of our highest self.

Another way to describe it would be to experience death and rebirth without losing consciousness for a moment.

As we come out from this experience, we are filled with an innate knowing that this experience is the pinnacle of human pleasure. A knowingness dawns that this is the completion of an inward/outward cycle as our own awareness becomes aware of its very own source and creator.

The reason why I am writing this post is firstly to educate myself more deeply on the topic and secondly to serve as a memoir, a reminder to myself to document this beautiful experience. Moreover, I would also like to encourage others to go within and develop their connection with the subtler realms of creation.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has said that all knowledge is structured in consciousness. As I still attempt to process and come to terms with this experience a takeaway that I can communicate is that within this vibration of AUM lies a field of untapped knowledge and unlimited potentialities for human existence. Therein perhaps lies the secrets to the universe, as eluded to by Mr. Tesla.

However, and most importantly for my own personal life journey, it was made very clear to me that by accessing this level of awareness and truly coming back home for the first time, we can unlock the potential to heal anything. Any dis-ease in essence is one of a lack of life force. A misalignment with source, which cuts us off from the energy we require to heal and maintain health.

Within that primordial vibration lies not only the ancient secrets of creation and our universe but also the energy, frequency and vibration to heal. It contains within it the power to heal us individually, collectively and restore the health of our planet.

It is a knowledge and power contained within its own supremely subtle and all-encompassing vibration.

It is our birthright of love, light and good vibes only.

Spread the word.

A WISE NEW WORLD – THE IMPORTANCE OF DISCERNMENT AND THE WAY OF THE SANGHA

May 2020

I grew up with the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. You could say he was my first guru. When asked what the most important quality was for a human being with regard to human evolution Maharishi gave the answer of discernment. It is only in recent times that I have begun to fully grasp the importance and truth of this insightful statement.

Many spiritual teachers have shared that we are currently moving away from the era of the Guru towards a new era of spiritual teachings. This new era they say is the way of the Sangha. Sangha is a Sanskrit word that means association, assembly or community. In Buddhism the concept of Sangha refers to a monastic order of monks and nuns. However, there is a separate category that refers to the noble Sangha. The noble Sangha includes any individual in society, whether a member of the monastic order or not, who has attained enlightenment.

The concept of Sangha I am pointing towards here refers to the latter. This is not an obscure religious concept. Quite the opposite. It is highly relevant to our current society and will likely prove to be of great importance given recent world events and the societal turmoil set to arise as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Before I lose you in esoteric and undefined concepts such as enlightenment and Sangha, I would like us to demystify and define the terms for a moment.

Under my definition, enlightenment is not in essence an attainment or a grandiose achievement relegated to a select few ancient masters. In this context, it simply refers to those virtuous people in society who are firmly established in their true nature. Those who are living in state of connection and communion with pure heartfelt awareness and aligned with their life purpose. It is a state of being that naturally brings light to darkness and holds the keys to our intuition and true knowledge. It is something we all know and have all experienced, if even just for a fleeting moment, but perhaps don’t have the intellectual framework to fully recognise or appreciate it. It does not negate the challenges of the human experience and does not imply perfection. It is both beyond and inclusive of these concepts.

The way of the Sangha means maintaining collective harmony and flow. The Sangha is responsible for upholding the knowledge-base of the collective and is aligned on a common mission of sharing truth for the greater good. The way of the Sangha refers to the natural flow of the collective. It is guided by the same intelligence that allows a murmuration of starlings to navigate in perfect alignment. A gentle whisper of cosmic intelligence that is contained within all human beings and living creatures.

There is a common path that is paved with the fabric of true knowledge and aligned guidance. When we step back onto this path of inner knowing we begin to understand that we must authentically connect and share the fundamental truths of our human experience. This is imperative in order to build a kinder, more compassionate and harmonious world. When re-connected to this field we gain access to the creative intelligence of mother nature. This is the foundation to human evolution and will lead us to a wise new world.

At our core our fundamental nature is innocent. It is based on pure love and compassion. However, I understand that some of you reading this will be more jaded in your outlook and understandably so. As we look out at the world around us we see so much of the opposite. So much pain, suffering and destruction. It can be hard to understand that fundamentally all is good. Those that subscribe to this worldview can seem like they have their head in the clouds and are negating the facts of reality with positive thinking.

For a moment, as a mediator by nature, I am actually going to agree with this criticism. However, the truth is always more subtle than any fixed conclusion. The key to unveiling fundamental truth comes with the power of discernment and the ability to bring the dark into the light.

When we transcend the mind and connect with our true nature, we experience first-hand the very fabric of our existence and know this to be true, loving and innocent. By innocence I mean that it contains no quality that can be accurately described in words. Silence would be the closest metaphor.

As we become more established in this truth it opens our mind and increases our ability to embrace and accept paradox. From a clear vantage point of inner truth we attune to an innate intelligence that naturally removes ignorance and provides guidance. A heightened sense of intuition and more frequent synchronicities occurring in our life can signal that we are living more aligned with our true nature and life purpose.

However, the discovery of our true nature or what some may refer to as enlightenment, as I highlighted before, is not an unattainable achievement. It is simply a shift in perspective. It is the first step of a journey. A journey that requires the support of community, greater integration and continuous learning to reach our ultimate human potential as reflected by the great masters and gurus of the past (and present). When connected to our true nature this does not automatically bestow us with instant wisdom or total knowledge. And most importantly, it does not automatically provide discernment.

Discernment is a faculty of the intellect. It is a skill and quality of a human being that must be honed. It is the power of discernment that acts as the compass towards spontaneous right action and a virtuous life that will ultimately lead to greater fulfilment and happiness on a personal level while solving many issues on a societal and environmental level.

This concept of virtue and living established in truth can be summarised by another Sanskrit term Satya. Satya in Sanskrit means virtue or truth and refers to being truthful in one’s thought, speech and actions. It also implies the virtuous restraint from falsehood and distortion of one’s expressions and actions. In more relatable terms authenticity sums up the concept of Satya quite nicely.

Another beautiful Sanskrit term is that of Satsang, which stems from the root words Sat (meaning truth) and Sangha (meaning association, company or community). It is often used to refer to the gatherings where enlightened gurus share their teachings with disciples. However, in essence, this term simply refers to keeping the company of people established in truth or building community with virtuous people.

The purpose of Satsang is to share knowledge. In Sanskrit there is a term called Vidya, which provides deeper insight into the concept of knowledge. Vidya refers to valid knowledge and the science of intuitive learning. In other words, knowledge that cannot be contradicted. It implies direct knowledge of the self, of our true nature or essence. Vidya can only be gained self-intuitively. Truth, or real knowledge, therefore can only be known through direct experience. It cannot be grasped by the intellect. Vidya is by definition subjective, but also universal in essence.

In this regard, we must learn to understand that fundamental or true knowledge cannot be attained by the scientific method alone, but must rather be attainted through the merging and integration of science and spirituality. Direct experience must be our ultimate litmus test.

Intuition is the impulse of true knowledge. Discernment is the faculty that allows us to appropriately act on this impulse. Discernment is therefore the key to a wise mind and provides the filter and direction for us to embody and accurately express our true nature. This is where the modern scientific method, data and mathematics can help us hone the faculty of discernment, but science must not become a new religion. It is a thorn that can serve to remove a thorn.

When we are both established in our true nature and our intellect has honed the faculty of discernment we can then truly act as conduits of light and help to serve the greater good. If these two aspects are not balanced and skilfully integrated our thought, speech and actions can be misguided and potentially lead us and others astray.

This is precisely why the way of the Sangha is so important to maintain the wisdom of the collective and prevent individuals getting lost. Connecting with our true nature is not the hardest or most elusive part. It is having the correct level of discernment and humility to understand any errors in our ways. The challenge lies in transcending the ego and staying humble. The refinement of this process can take decades or even lifetimes.

We can also understand the way of the Sangha as a form of compassionate teaching. This process of collective learning goes beyond the guru disciple divide. It becomes a mutual exchange of knowledge. It is the transmission of learning through the expression of authentic human experience. It empowers and connects rather than separates and distances.

Learning from an individual who may be one step higher on the ladder of knowledge, or one step further ahead on their spiritual journey, can be a more relatable and effective way to share knowledge. This collective process of sharing truth is about rebalancing the playing field.

Many so-called gurus or spiritual masters may be promoting knowledge that is either not relevant for one individual or they may have simply climbed a completely different or unstable ladder of learning that may mislead or misguide. The way of the Sangha therefore also demands a greater requirement for discernment. It requires greater trust in our own intuition and validation in our own personal experience. Our ability to trust in what resonates is a key guiding principle to hone discernment.

Now, I want to take you with me briefly to another timeline. To demonstrate the origins of some of the aforementioned concepts…

Kosambi was an ancient Indian city, which is said to have been of great importance during the times of Buddha. It was a place deemed suitable for Buddha’s final resting place. It is symbolic of release from the cycle of death and rebirth. It implies merging with the infinite and attaining nirvana after death. In other words, the ultimate goal of all spiritual practice.

The King of Kosambi during the times of Buddha decreed that the way of the Sangha (community) must not be abandoned. Anyone who disrupted the unity of the Sangha would be outcast and made to wear white robes.

In today’s day and age we associate wise gurus and enlightened masters with men in white robes. Many still feel that the knowledge required for spiritual development is held only by those who dwell in caves in the Himalayas or spend a lifetime of solitude free from the stresses and distractions of our fast-paced modern lifestyle.

This little anecdote of Kosambi and the King’s decree is somewhat symbolic of the power and importance of community for spiritual evolution. It reminds us that the way of the Sangha, the direction and knowledge-base of the collective, is fundamental for the betterment of humanity as a whole.

However, we must understand that the harmony of the Sangha is governed first and foremost by our own inner harmony and alignment with our true nature. This is the first step that is required in order to transcend disharmony within the collective.

It is my belief that there are certain core values that must be re-established in order to guide us towards greater harmony. As we move into the era of the Sangha we must understand the importance of community, connection, kindness, authenticity, humility and compassion. These are qualities that will lay the foundations to a brave and wise new world.

However, we must also understand that transformation and transition is a process and that light and dark will always exist in the world. It is for this reason that as we aim to re-establish and maintain the way of the Sangha we must also exercise and hone our power of discernment.

The true gurus and warriors that will create a better world moving forward will be those that operate relentlessly from their true nature and express qualities of kindness, authenticity and compassion in their speech and actions.

However, in order to survive and be successful in this turbulent world we must act skilfully. The faculty of discernment must be used as a guiding principle and understood as the most important quality for a human being in this day and age.

Our next generation of leaders must act with the hearts of saints, but with the cunning of sharks.

These leaders should not be placed on a pedestal.

These leaders are me and you.

Change begins within.

The power to create change lies in the way of the Sangha.

Follow your intuition.

Connect.

Share your truth with humility.

Listen.

Exercise discernment.

A wise new world awaits.

NURTURE THE LIGHT – An illuminating non-conclusion on Covid-19

May 2020

Are we perhaps simultaneously dealing with a pandemic of fact versus fiction? Of sincerity versus deception? Of truth versus lies?

Of doubt versus discernment?

Of fear versus love?

Is there an unspoken war of light versus dark that is muddying the waters?

From where I stand you don’t have to believe or not believe anything. You don’t have to figure it all out or have certainty over any single narrative.

That’s for sure.

There is a hidden value in this situation with it’s contradictory theories and conflicting stories.

The value lies in self-enquiry. To evaluate what you truly know to be true.

To truly be honest with yourself. To be willing, even just as a thought experiment, to challenge and go beyond all your limiting beliefs.

To simply be prepared to let go of needing to know, if even just for a moment, clears the way for light.

This light allows you to reconnect with your intuition. A deeper and more trustworthy part of your human nature.

Nurture that inner light. It is sacred.

That is how you will find discernment. Even then it’s a deepening process to trust your intuition. Intuition arises from a timeless space, but requires time to establish and hone it’s accuracy.

To see a lie sandwiched between two truths nourishes discernment. To discern truth sandwiched between two lies builds confidence.

You should not rush to definitive or divisive conclusions using your mind alone. It’s better to come to a place of intuitive knowing, which in turn will sharpen your intellect. Still, even then, it’s prudent to remain humble and open to being wrong.

The pandemic is an invitation to reconnect more deeply to ourselves, to nurture our inner light and connect with others more authentically.

Find the light. Hold the light. Share the light.

It will show you the path back home.

Don’t be afraid. Light dissolves fear.

You may get lost, for a little while.

You may make mistakes along the way.

Trust and let the light guide you.

Light contains the truth.

The truth is light. Darkness is heavy.

Come home. Stay home. Stay safe. Stay humble.

Home is where the heart is.

It’s warm and bright inside.

Find comfort there. And then share.

Put your own mask on first.

There is always a choice.

Trust the light.

Chose love not fear.

UNITY IN DIVERSITY – THE IMPORTANCE OF UNDERSTANDING HISTORY AND THE ORIGINS OF MODERN MEDICINE IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

May 2020

This is for those of you that are confused by all the conflicting narratives around Covid-19. Its aim is not to convince anyone of anything or come to a concrete conclusion. It is an invitation for people to have more acceptance when it comes to opposing beliefs, to look back into history, understand the nature of cycles and move beyond conflict. It is said that history does not repeat itself, but it rhymes.

This is also an invitation for self-inquiry and to ask yourself what you really truly know to be fact before you defend a belief. It is an invitation to understand the importance of diversity and for us to remain unified in this diversity.

In 1974 Maharishi Mahesh Yogi predicted that the world was moving towards an Age of Enlightenment. He is reputed to have said that in the early 2020s problems would start to reduce and the beginning of a Golden Age would become more apparent. He predicted that this shift in collective consciousness would be a similar process to a phase transition in chemistry (when a substance shifts from one state to another). To illustrate what is meant by this we can take the boiling point of water as an example. As the temperature of the water rises not much changes to the naked-eye. However, as we reach boiling point there is great turbulence on the surface until the water eventually evaporates and turns to steam. The phase transition is complete. The shift has given rise to something new, to something lighter.

I want to invite you to ask the question if we are potentially on the brink of, or perhaps even in the midst of, a phase transition? Could these rapid changes we are currently seeing in society and widespread upheaval be the turbulence of a paradigm shift that leads us towards a brighter and lighter future?

For many of you this may be getting a little esoteric, but bear with me and for now let’s keep an open mind to a theory of positivity. Vedic Astrologers (known as Jyotishis) tell us that in September of 2020 there is a major planetary shift, which will last for about 10,000 years. In Vedic knowledge there is a concept known as Yugas (cycles of life and humanity). You can think of these as 4 seasons of existence that range from our lowest (Kali Yuga) to our highest potential (Satya Yuga). To understand the basic framework you can read more here –  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yuga. There are differing opinions as to how long these Yuga’s last or exactly which Yuga we are currently in today.

However, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has clarified that if collective consciousness rises quickly enough we can shift into Satya Yuga very quickly from any of the other Yugas. This, if correct, provides a framework for the potential for humans and society to evolve and change quite quickly. You can also think of it like the hundredth monkey effect. Now, as explained with the phase transition, this does not mean that there may not be turbulence or societal unrest, possibly for an extended period of time. However, it does provide us with a deeper understanding of our potential orientation and personal responsibility to support this rise in collective consciousness by nurturing our own spiritual growth.

Amidst all the wild conflicting narratives and speculation around the current pandemic there is one key learning that stands out to me. This is that we are so quick to judge and adopt a paradigm of right and wrong. We search for a black and white answer or cling to a binary belief as to who is correct and who is mistaken. I think we could stand to learn from Eastern philosophy amidst this divisive chaos of left and right-wing propaganda surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic.

From a Vedic perspective we can understand reality as two-fold. The absolute and eternal fundamental nature of our existence (or pure consciousness) and the relative ever-changing nature of existence (the physical world). It is only when we embrace the paradox – the validity and inseparability of both – that we can reach unity and come to a true understanding of the nature of reality.

We also have the concept of Yin and Yang. We live in a world of opposites and opposition, yet unity and harmony comes in stepping back and having the awareness to understand that both merge into a harmonising cycle. This is what it truly means to be open minded in my opinion. To see beyond the binary and divisive illusions of reality. An evolved mind is one that is comfortable with paradox.

Now, coming back to cycles and the importance of understanding history, I feel this is a very important time for us to reflect on historical events and timeless ancient wisdom. This is a perfect time to look back into our past, too see where historically we have made mistakes, and with a deeper more holistic understanding of human nature question where we really stand in terms of human evolution and the highest potential of beings on this planet.

Is it possible that we need to drastically and fundamentally change in order to live in greater harmony with others and our natural environment?

One of my favourite quotes of all time comes from Ram Tzu (Wayne Liquorman) and I feel is relevant to share at this point.

“Bring me your dearest held beliefs and with any luck you’ll leave without them.”

As a human race we are so quick to forget and so quick to defend our most tightly held beliefs. Our egos are so strong and our attachment to being right and proving others wrong prevents us from even asking questions. Questioning a deeply held belief is a painful and traumatic process for the ego. However, it is a growing pain for our spirit. The egoic attachment to prove oneself right and avoid any potential of being wrong manifests itself in its most extreme form as fascism, totalitarian control, racism, censorship, suppressing freedom of speech and other such negative societal tendencies.

The danger of seeing the world in black and white divided into two opposing camps of right and wrong prevents us from ever really accepting reality and finding truth. The ego doesn’t like the middle ground. It struggles to integrate. The true nature of reality is rarely this or that. It is normally both and. It is only when we transcend opposites that we can get closer to knowing truth. We must embrace the unifying comfort and simultaneous discomfort of not knowing with absolute certainty while also having dearly held beliefs. This is why the wisest and most knowledgeable tend to be the most humble and continue to ask questions. There is nothing wrong with being wrong. We are collectively going through a process of being less wrong and more right. The nature of life is to grow.

Now to bring this back full circle to the concept of history and cycles is one of the main reasons I am writing this. I am inviting you to investigate and understand the origins of the current systems that are at the foundation of our current society before you label anyone as a conspiracy theorist or having lost their sense of judgment for suggesting an alternative to the mainstream narrative around the Covid-19 pandemic. I ask you to just entertain for a moment that there may be a lot of truth in what people are saying, but in some aspects they may be totally wrong. We should not throw the baby out with the bath water so to speak. It is generally only through history that we really know the truth, but even then it is actually only our personal experience that will ever give us 100% certainty over the reality of events. This is why knowledge requires personal experience while beliefs should always be susceptible to change.

In this instance I want to invite you to look at how the system of modern medicine and pharmaceutical companies evolved. I am not here to comment with any definitive certainty on motives and by bringing attention to this it does not mean I am pushing any of the more far fetched so-called conspiracy theories. I want us to understand more deeply and consider how it may not be in the best interest of humanity and evolution if there is ever a monopoly in one industry or area of society.

I want us to question the suppression of alternative viewpoints or methods unless perhaps these can be shown to cause harm without a shadow of a doubt. Given the Hippocratic oath of “first do no harm” there may be grounds to prevent malpractice in the field of medicine. However, even in this case we are moving into questionable territory and I would personally suggest we should seek to have more faith in our own discernment rather than allowing others to control our access to information and freedom to share knowledge.

For me I personally work in alternative treatment for cancer and know people who have had to close their practice due to their success rate in curing people with cancer and scrutiny from the authorities. I almost certainly know situations like this to be true as this example comes from my personal experience. I say almost certain as I didn’t personally witness it, but I have met him and have no reason to doubt his story. The man I am referring to is Dr. Tsuneo Kobayashi who successfully treated over 20,000 cancer patients, many of whom went into long-term remission. Kobayashi is close with the integrative oncologist Dr. Thomas Lodi that I currently work with. You can find out more about Kobayashi here:

https://www.japaninc.com/mgz_winter_2005_medical_maverick

I am not here to say conventional medicine is bad or that one side is fundamentally wrong or evil. There is normally good and bad in any situation and as humans we are far from perfect. I actually personally would not be alive without the miracle of modern medicine and the amazing skill of orthopaedic surgeons. However, I do believe the modern pharmaceutical based approach to medicine has it’s limitations and may be fundamentally influenced by corruption, which we will come to later. I have my own personal biases and opinions, but it is not my purpose here to push that on anyone.

I am inviting you to look back into history to gain a deeper understanding of the roots of the monopoly and financially driven motives that may potentially still dictate and underpin our medical system and modern medicine today. I think it would be healthy to question if greed, power and control are still present in our current systems. I think we have the right to question whether these negative aspects of human nature are still at play today in this current pandemic situation and if financial gain should ever be knowingly and intentionally put over human health.

With that in mind I am inviting you to question the mainstream narrative around a vaccine as the only solution to this current pandemic and the influential pro-vaccine voice (and funding) of Bill Gates. I’m not telling you what to think. I’m just asking you to question it with a balanced mind and an understanding of the origins of modern medicine. Bill Gates is not a doctor or medical professional, but rather the ex-CEO of Microsoft, a tech company that Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson declared was a monopoly in 1999. And not just any monopoly, but the very worst kind: one that uses its power to squash would-be rivals before they’re even out of the gate. I believe this is a fact. If I am wrong, please correct me.

Further to this point, if we look at the effectiveness of the influenza vaccine it begs the question if this really is the best solution for this pandemic and whether the Covid-19 vaccine should be mandatory.

Data from the CDC’s interim Flu Vaccine Effectiveness Report for the 2019 -20 flu season shows that the flu shot was effective in 50% of cases for Influenza B and 37% for Influenza A. This is the closest example we have to give an indication of the potential efficacy of a Covid-19 vaccine. This is without even considering the potential side-effects of this option. If you want to quickly educate yourself on some of the issues and side effects surrounding vaccines you can get a quick insight here with regard to the MMR vaccine:

For me personally when we look at the risk/reward of a rushed to market and inadequately tested vaccine in this situation it would be a no-brainer to refuse. From my perspective it definitely raises questions as to our approach in this particular situation and it seems fair that we should be able to have a choice if we want to receive a vaccine or not. Don’t get me wrong. I am not fundamentally against the concept or theory behind a vaccine in all circumstances, especially if it could be produced without toxic adjuncts and underplayed side-effects. I am simply more in favour of greater awareness and freedom of choice.

Coming back to the importance of understanding history and how applying ancient wisdom may help us move forward I want to take us back to 19th Century France for a moment. Most of us are aware of the rivalry between the two famous French scientists Louis Pasteur and Antoine Béchamp.

The two rivals had almost completely opposing viewpoints as to the cause of infectious disease. Pasteur posited the Germ Theory of Disease, which claims that there are external germs or pathogens in the environment that seek to infect the human body and cause disease. In order to cure the disease you must kill the germ. You can think of it as more of a war on disease paradigm. This theory (yes, it is still a theory) is what lays the foundation to modern medicine and why I will continue to ask you to keep an open mind.

Béchamp on the other hand had a slightly different perspective and this fuelled great controversy between the two. He argued that a diseased or weakened body will attract the same germ or pathogen and that it is fundamentally the terrain rather than the germ itself that causes the disease. It is rumoured that Pasteur admitted on his death bed that Béchamp was in fact correct.

I have a slightly different perspective. The fierce opposition between these two viewpoints overlooks the obvious truth that transcends their whole conflict. If we stepped back for a moment and saw the blatant battle of two egos and their desire to prove one concept as fundamentally right or wrong, perhaps we could have come closer to the truth a long time ago.

I think it is quite clear that there are pathogens that exist in our environment, which have the potential to cause disease. However, whether that disease actually manifests when it comes into contact with the host depends on the health of the terrain. For example, you can plant a seed in fertile ground and it will sprout. If you plant the seed in unfertile ground it will not. In other words, neither theory is fundamentally correct or incorrect. It is both simultaneously. Wim Hof and his ability to resist sickness when injected with certain pathogens defies the current understanding of modern medicine around infectious disease and serves as proof to this unified theory.

Our bodies are host to trillions of viruses and bacteria and our external environment contains even more. If we ever think that modern science will fully understand the scope of this under a microscope we are collectively suffering from either an inflated ego or delusion (probably both).

Many do not realise that it is still Pasteur’s Germ Theory that is at the very foundation of modern medicine and underpins our approach to treating infectious disease whether correlated to bacteria or viruses. Correlation as we know does not always mean causation.

The conventional approach almost entirely disregards the equally valid terrain theory of Béchamp. This works very nicely for the pharmaceutical companies who wage a war on disease with pills and medications that will supposedly eliminate our sickness while simultaneously creating more sickness and more fear around contracting a disease.

If we take a more fundamental and holistic perspective on infectious disease, it doesn’t take a genius to see through this narrative and understand that we must implement measures to improve the terrain, and, in some cases, also take measures to eliminate the germ. In the context of this current pandemic we can understand the terrain as how healthy our body and immune system is versus the relatively mild Covid-19 virus that primarily seems to be deadly to those with underlying health conditions, or in other words, those who have an unhealthy terrain.

We can take this one step further and look at this as two opposing forces. We have on one-hand modern medicine’s continual war on disease, which is a fundamentally fear-based paradigm. This war will only end once all diseases or disease-causing pathogens have been eradicated from the planet at which point we will be able to live healthy and happy disease-free lives. We only have to look at the issues surrounding antibiotic resistance, almost all prescription pharmaceutical drugs and vaccine injuries to see the flaws in this narrative and the direction this path will lead us down.

On the other hand, we have the terrain theory, which can be viewed as a love-based paradigm. Through nurturing and strengthening the body we can create an environment where we are immune to the fear of disease invading the body. When we unify and accept these two opposing belief systems and paradigms we can integrate this knowledge to build a foundation based on love with a healthy and balanced fear for those naturally occurring threats in life. Remember, a more complete understanding should not be denying or suppressing one or the other, but rather integrating both aspects to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

I hope this perspective makes you question our approach and response to this pandemic and question the mainstream media narrative when we are dealing with a virus that looks like it will have a fatality rate of around 0.1 to 0.37% based on the latest figures, which is in the range of a severe flu (influenza).

I believe we should also question the motives of organisations like the WHO who ridicule, squash and suppress any advice or narrative, which suggests that we may be able to transcend this situation from a place of love and take measures to naturally heal our individual and external terrain.

We as a society are quite sick on many levels and so is our environment. We are constantly acting from a fear-based paradigm of conflict and opposition rather than love and acceptance, which further damages our internal and external terrain on both a physical and energetic level.

As a society we are for the most part still operating from this fear-based paradigm and continually waging war against ourselves and our natural environment. We buy into the concept of scarcity and separation that drives these negative and divisive tendencies of human nature. This in turn can lead to the monopolisation of industries, one-sided narratives and making profit at the expense of others.

This does not mean I am against capitalism necessarily. It is only capitalism that comes at the expense of others that in my mind needs questioning. If we question this it may lead us to a more evolutionary paradigm of conscious capitalism – an empowering framework of self-responsibility to create financial freedom with products and services that directly benefit others and the world around us. It’s time to transcend the scarcity paradigm of us versus them. By raising our collective consciousness, we can begin to tap into our intuition and discern ways as to how we as individuals and as a collective can prosper through service to the greater good.

If we fear that we may be proven wrong, if we fear losing to competition, on whatever scale that may be, to the point that we squash others this is where the sickness begins. If this sickness spreads to the point where we are literally prepared to kill our fellow human beings or destroy our environment for personal gain, this is where our systems collapse and become almost psychopathic.

Could this pandemic create the wide-spread awareness we need to signal the end of destructive capitalism as we know it? Does it have the potential to be the catalyst required for this shift to take place?

The seed of this self-centred, ego-based and scarcity-driven nature of humanity is mirrored in the commonplace inability, or lack of willingness, to listen to or acknowledge other people’s points of view. There is always a lesson, even if the other person may be partially wrong.

This is why I began by calling for us to question our beliefs and have a greater understanding and compassion for the viewpoints of others. The more open we are and the more we can accept other’s viewpoints, the faster we can evolve and transition into a better society.

The less we resist ourselves and each other the less turbulence there will be during this phase transition to a “new-normal”. However, in moving beyond opposition and resistance that does not negate the possibility for standing up for what we believe to be right. Perhaps we should just also be more aware that perhaps we are wrong in some respects.

Coming back to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, he was not necessarily one to make lots of predictions. However, he did speak of creating world peace and said that in the next Golden Age, or Age of Enlightenment, we would see individual nations become stronger, cultures become richer and that in diversity there would be greater unity.

This to me begs the question of whether we perhaps need to re-evaluate our political systems and the opposition of liberal and conservative ideals? Is the liberal concept of huge and highly powerful centralised organisations like the Word Health Organisation, United Nations, European Union and the potential for a One World Government really what is meant by unity and how we will achieve world peace? Is the liberal perspective that places so much responsibility on international organisations avoiding our individual responsibility? Is fighting against conservative beliefs and nationalist tendencies a fear-based paradigm that may ultimately go against what is best for humanity and our collective spiritual growth?

This may sound like I am coming across as right-winger. Quite the opposite. I’m not really even political and I am simply trying to illustrate a point. What I am asking us to consider is if fighting against any opposing value is the best way to make progress and find peace whether in ourselves or in the world? If a militant right-wing politician calls a spade a spade do we have to automatically contradict them if we identify as a liberal?

By embracing love and acceptance as a foundation rather than fear and division, by transcending opposites and finding unity in diversity, maybe we can move forward more smoothly through this paradigm shift and lay the foundations for an abundant, prosperous and unified society?

Do you think that perhaps we can envision a better future than the current Agenda 2030 outlined by the WHO? If we take all the resources and knowledge on this planet and funnel them towards common interests that truly benefit all rather squash, suppress and deceive to benefit a select few can we make more progress?

I understand this is getting into the realms of an idealist utopian view. I don’t claim to know how to solve all the world’s problems and corrupt systems. I am just inviting us to question and perhaps those a lot smarter than me will find a solution.

In other words, I am wondering if during this time of lockdown and deep reflection that many of us are going through, can we as individuals and as a society gain enough self-awareness to reconnect with and deeply trust our intuition, so that we can better navigate what almost seems to be a spiritual war of deception versus discernment.

To me it seems only fitting that Maharish Mahesh Yogi said that the most important quality for a human being was discernment. This certainly rings true at what could be a pivotal yet potentially confusing and disorientating point in the trajectory of the human race.

On that note of discernment, I am going to leave you with a post by Dr. Jack Kruse to digest in your own time and make up your own mind as to whether we could improve our current healthcare system and the nature of modern medicine.

Jack Kruse has been another teacher in my life in the field of health and wellness. He has given me a much deeper understanding of science yet also highlighted the lack of holistic understanding in conventional medicine. He outlines the origins of our current pharmaceutical industry, the FDA and highlights the deep-rooted issues in the cancer treatment industry, which is why this post resonated with me personally.

We need to understand that the current pharmaceutical paradigm is a very successful business model and that very few businesses have a primary motive of reducing their number of customers. I felt a need to share this in light of what I see as a possible lack of awareness around the current pandemic and the agendas potentially still at play in modern medicine.

I’ll let you come to your own conclusion. The real answer is probably not black and white, but from my perspective the mainstream narrative seems at best more grey than it does light.

Gates + Fauci + WHO + CDC = Rockefeller 2.0

It all began on May 15, 1911. The Supreme Court of the U.S. finds John Rockefeller and his Trust guilty of corruption, illegal business practices, and racketeering. As a result of this decision, the entire Rockefeller Standard Oil-Trust, the world’s largest corporation of its time, was sentenced to be dismantled. But Rockefeller was already above the Supreme Court and did not care about this decision. He decided before his trial if he lost he would create another monopoly using aspects of his oil chemical empire. He chose medicine because of the tight links of drugs to chemical manufacturing.

The Flexner Report was a very useful tool commissioned by oil magnate John D. Rockefeller. Rockefeller had made a massive fortune with Standard Oil and was setting his sights on gaining a monopoly in the drug and pharmaceutical industry. However, first, he had to get rid of the competition, which consisted of natural non-allopathic healing modalities – naturopathy, homeopathy, eclectic medicine (botanical and herbal medicine), holistic medicine, etc. Hemp was also a threat to his plans since cannabis has, in some cases, a tremendous medical benefit – it can be used to alleviate pain for numerous diseases and even has anti-cancer properties for nausea and vomiting. How did Rockefeller deal with this? By means of the Flexner Report.

Enter Abraham Flexner on the Rockefeller Payroll: Rockefeller paid Abraham Flexner to visit all the medical schools in the US at that time. He released the so-called “Flexner Report” in 1910, which called for the standardization of medical education and concluded there were too many doctors and medical schools in America. Rockefeller then used his control of the media to generate public outcry at the findings of the report – which, by means of the classic elite strategy of “Problem, Reaction, Solution”, ultimately led Congress to declare the AMA the only body with the right to grant medical school licenses in the United States. This suited Rockefeller perfectly – he then used the AMA (which may be better called to the American Murder Association due their widespread use and endorsement of vaccines, drugs, chemotherapy, and radiation) to compel the Government to destroy the natural competition, which it did through regulation of medical schools and education.

Flexner Report Promotes Standardization of Medical Education

We know that monoculture crops are not as resilient as a diversity of crops. Same goes for thought. With all the hundreds of different healing modalities out there, why would we want to narrow it down to one system, if we were truly interested in health?

After the Flexner Report, the AMA only endorsed schools with a symptom-driven paradigm and drug-based treatment curriculum. It didn’t take long before non-allopathic schools fell by the wayside due to lack of funding. Thus, Rockefeller had his monopoly move from the oil industry to drugs, and Big Pharma and Rockefeller Medicine were born – and has only grown bigger and more problematic since the 1910 report. Rockefeller, the AMA, and Big Pharma are now all key aspects of the NWO (New World Order) in medical care, but it all started with the Flexner Report.

In 1913 in order to disperse public and political pressure on him and other robber-barons, Rockefeller uses a trick called “philanthropy”, whereby the illegal gains from his robber-practices in the oil business are used to launch the Rockefeller Foundation. This tax haven was used to strategically take over the healthcare sector in the U.S.

The Rockefeller Foundation was the front organization for a new global business venture of Rockefeller and his accomplices. This new venture was called the pharmaceutical investment business. Donations from the Rockefeller Foundation went only to medical schools and hospitals. These institutions had become missionaries of a new breed of companies: the manufacturers of patented, synthetic drugs.

This was also the time when the first vitamins were discovered. It soon became clear however that these natural molecules had life-saving health benefits and that they were able to prevent many chronic health conditions. The first books appeared with research, subsequently abandoned, about the health benefits of vitamins. These newly discovered molecules had only one disadvantage: they were non-patentable.

Thus, in its first years of existence, the pharmaceutical investment business already faced a mortal threat: vitamins and other micronutrients promoted as public health programs would prohibit the development of any sizable investment business based on patented drugs. The elimination of this unwanted competition from natural micronutrients, therefore, became a question of life and death for the pharmaceutical business.

1918

The Rockefeller Foundation uses the Spanish flu epidemic – and the media (that the Foundation already controlled by this time) – to start a witch-hunt on all forms of medicine that were not covered by its patents.

Within the next 15 years, all medical schools in the U.S., most hospitals, and the American Medical Association all essentially became pawns on the chessboard of Rockefeller’s strategy to subjugate the entire health care sector under the monopoly of his pharmaceutical investment business.

Disguised as a “Mother Theresa”, the Rockefeller Foundation was also used to conquer foreign countries and entire continents for the pharmaceutical investment business – just as Rockefeller himself had done a few decades previously with his petrochemical investment business.

You need to be aware of the origins of paradigms.

BEYOND THE WATCH

22nd March 2020

Your life…is your life.

Don’t let it be clubbed into dank submission.

Beyond the watch there are ways out, there is a light.

Somewhere…

It may not be much light, but it beats the darkness.

Beyond the watch the gods will offer you chances.

Know them.

Take them.

You can’t beat death, but you can beat death in life, sometimes…

And the more often you learn to do it, the more light there will be.

Your life…is your life.

Know it while you have it.

You are marvellous.

The gods wait to delight in you…

EPHEMERALITY AND NAVIGATING CHANGE WITH THE CONCEPT OF WU WEI

February 2020

“The only constant is change”, they say. Nothing remains forever. Our ability to let go dictates our ability to flow…

Letting go does not equate to detachment and a lack of care or concern. In letting go we allow eternal love to bless us. In holding we exert control. This futile attempt to prevent change will result in stagnation and ultimately invite the pain teacher until we learn to accept and welcome transience.

How can we find and nurture our ability to accept and embrace change? The key is to find the balance between passivity and forcing (or trying to control and manipulate outcomes to align with one’s egoic wills and wants).

In the Tao Te Ching there is a concept known as wu wei. Wu meaning “not” and wei meaning “action” or “doing”. However, if we delve deeper into the true meaning of this Taoist tenet of being, the best and most accurate understanding can be defined as “not forcing”.

I have written before on the concept of the currents of nature and a flow of innate wisdom that we can tap to guide us on this earth, to help live a smoother life and avoid unnecessary, stress, strain and struggle.

Not forcing can be easily misinterpreted as not doing, or not taking action. This misconception can lead to passivity and ultimately disconnecting from the guidance and messages from our higher self and/or mother nature. This repression of our truth can make us feel lost and without clear direction or purpose.

To get one’s bearings one must remain anchored and connected to stillness. It is in stillness, by opening up to the quiet place within that resides in all of us and makes up the foundation, the blank canvas, of experience, that we can we hear the voice of the higher self. If the mind is too busy with past or future worry, too noisy with fear or concern, we are unable to listen to the constant whispers of nature.

If we are able to attune to those whispers, they gradually become louder and our confidence in following these impulses of knowledge grows.

How can we know that these whispers can be trusted? What am I listening for? This is where we must step into the sensory territory of the heart and gut. The logical and conditioned mind can struggle to hear and trust these signals.

This is why we must first settle the mind and from the eternal and never changing foundation to our awareness we can begin to hear the truth of our heart and trust in the intuitive receptor that is our gut.

The heart speaks in the language of frequency and resonance. It is attuned to the gentle and soft words of love, passion and compassion. The heart knows what it wants, but when our overriding frequency is dominated by excessive fear, we cannot hear the heart’s song. It’s beauty and subtlety get drowned out and we feel alone, disconnected and fearful.

If we can move beyond the mind and connect to the frequency of our heart this then leads us to the next step….

When our heart is open and listening we can hear the deeper and more subtle messages of our intuition, which can be felt in the gut.

Wu wei as we discussed is not passivity, but rather action that is frictionless, that is not forced and does not create stress or strain. We can consider wu wei as the path of least resistance.

Now, how can we find the map to follow this path and make it a reality in this life? How is it possible to always have spontaneous right action and flow through this ephemeral life where the only constant is change? If the terrain is ever-changing how can the map be accurate? How can we avoid getting lost?

The key to this is our intuition. Now, we are all human and in the relative physical world perfection is a concept that only really exists subjectively. It can only be considered possible or realised experientially from the standpoint of unity consciousness where we are all one, nothing ever happened, and there is no such thing as change, or even life. Or as Bill Hicks would say “that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves”. Our intuition is our inbuilt weather forecast.

Leaving that concept of perfection behind we must understand that in this world the nature of life is to grow. Growth is a process, there’s no ultimate destination and growth results in change.

As we grow we learn to deepen our appreciation of change and welcome the unknown. As we learn to stop clinging to the past and grasping for the future we are able to experience a deepening trust of the currents of nature.

As our ability to follow the cues of our intuition grow, as we begin to better recognise the signals of synchronicity and follow the true desires and impulses of our heart, we are able to finally relax.

In that relaxation and grounded in the alert restfulness of our inner stillness we can hear the satellite navigation of mother nature.

Knowledge is structured in consciousness. The real and most sophisticated search engine in this universe is contained within us. To find our true and highest path in this life Google maps is not the answer.

Look within and you will find your way.

Learn to be quiet.

Learn to listen.

Find and nurture your inner light.

Bring it with you into this world.

It will guide you, even in times of darkness.

One step at a time.

Don’t let your love of life become overshadowed.

We cannot avoid change.

Life is ephemeral.

We are eternal….

THE SYMBIOSIS OF HEAVEN AND HELL

October 2019

When I refer to the notion of heaven and hell I am not referring to a physical location that we enter after life.

Heaven and hell can be defined as a perception created by our own interpretation of the present moment.

The quality of our awareness creates our reality.

Perception and interpretation are governed by our senses and the functioning of this corporal machinery that we ride through existence.

If anyone has ever experienced a psychedelic journey they will understand that what our brain processes and the image of our reality that we witness is not fixed.

The world around us is fluid. There are infinite possibilities for how we may view and understand any singular snapshot of our internal and external environment.

When we ingest mind altering substances, or medicines, we can be shown strikingly different versions of the reality we are accustomed and attuned to experiencing.

The magic of mushrooms, or a transcendental experience of the self, can show us, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that how we view the world is 100% dependent on our internal environment and that this paints the picture of our external environment.

A powerful trip can open us up to a timeless space where we can see the infinite beauty in all aspects of creation and that we, in our essence, are not separate.

If this is true, that we are not separate in nature from every iota of creation, how can it be possible that heaven and hell can exist separately?

The answer is that they cannot….and do not.

We can experience heaven at the drop of a hat. It is accessible and invites us with its temptation of infinite bliss and pure love.

Equally, hell can suck us into its grips through the powerful weapon of fear.

Our thoughts arise, that we cannot control. What our senses inform us we can modify, but we cannot dominate.

Whether we experience heaven or hell is a choice. It is dictated by the story we write about ourselves and the world.

I invite you to bring more awareness to the thoughts we choose to believe and the stories we create.

This life can confuse without direct experience of truth. Our purpose is to understand our truth and express it.

Our ability to tap into truth is our guiding light that directs us to finding heaven within.

The challenges we face, our resistance and ignorance cause us to slip into a hell realm that overshadows our ever present inner light.

Nurture that inner light. Deepen into it and let it fill you with the knowledge of heaven.

When it fades, don’t cling…

This is a cycle. The cycle of life.

There is night, there is day. Light and dark. They are made of the same substance.

Truth can only be fully experienced in the embrace of paradox.

Heaven is contained within, and hell within heaven.

It’s up to you…

It’s contained within you…

In perfectly balanced equal parts their symbiotic relationship is the fabric of life.

Beyond the gates of heaven and hell lies a mirror.

It’s just you….

THE CURRENTS OF NATURE

September 2019

Each and every moment is a palpable flow of inner and outer synergy. The flow of our inner consciousness resonates with the field around us and signals to our senses what the perception of our experience will be.

With every step we take the subtle laws of nature gift and guide us with pointers towards the ultimate perfection.

Life is church. The doors are open now.

Go with the flow. Relax, breathe. Your soul knows the direction you need to go.

Surrender to inner knowingness. Invite yourself into the upper room. It is not a struggle. It is not an attainment. It is simply falling back and letting go of control.

Free fall into the abyss of each moment and trust in the comforting, warm and innocent embrace of mother nature in its greatest purity.

The landing is soft. There is no need to fear.

We are not separate. Separation is born of the intellect. The experience of tuning into the frequency of flow is unmistakeable. Do not doubt it.

Know it. Own it. Be it. Resonate with it. Embody it. Share it.

It is for everyone.

It is everyone.

The currents of nature flow through each and every one of us each and every second.

It is beautiful.

Open your eyes.

Wonder.

And then know.

The currents of nature bring you to where you need to be and teach you what you need to know. Unbeknownst to us there is a direction.

Align yourself with that direction and trust the path.

One step at a time.

Be gentle.

Each destination a singular wonder of the world.

Be grateful.

This journey is precious, not long.

Sing your song.

The one you were destined to sing.

We are all human.

We are all imperfect.

Know yourself beyond judgement.

Transcend paradox.

Let the winds of innate natural wisdom guide you.

Don’t fear. Don’t resist.

The laws of nature flow through you.

In love, we become.

In love, the currents of life charge our battery.

Energy beyond our wildest imagination.

Saturated by peace.

Clear.

Still.

Shimmering.

The ripples of experience come and go.

Ever changing.

The current takes charge.

Life takes form.

Nature’s eternal dance moves on.

Shhhhhhhh……my dear.

Quiet now little one.

The time will come.

And it will pass.

Glow in the flow.

Deeper and deeper.

Brighter and brighter.

Light your heart on fire.

Bliss…fills.

Desire…fades.

Peace…returns.

Our natural home. Is not a destination.

It is seeing where you really are.

Come back.

You are always welcome.

You never even left.

LIFE IN HD – THE EXPERIENCE OF RICHNESS

29th August 2019

What is true richness?

You might respond with a material answer of how many zeros you earn or have in your bank account. However, the truth of the matter is that richness is not defined by any monetary value or financial worth. The value of richness is related to the definition of our subjective experience.

Let me explain…

It is commonly believed that we live in a material world where the physical objects are viewed and understood in the same way by each individual. A chair is a chair, the grass is green, the sky is blue.

This is not the truth. These are simply labels that we have created and agreed upon in our collective cultural awareness. It only requires us to consider the labels we use in other languages and cultures to begin to understand that an object can have many definitions and be interpreted in a multitude of ways. A chair in English is una silla in Spanish. A camera to an indigenous person may be interpreted as a tool to steal a soul. Cultural conditioning shapes and defines our view and understanding of reality.

With this knowledge we can begin to see that the nature of our reality is not fixed. What we see is always an interpretation of our reality, mediated by our senses, and understood by a mind that can trick us with its quick conclusions and contracted egoic programming.

What is real then you might ask? How do we find truth? Where does the solution to collective agreement lie?

The truth of our experience must be understood by going back to the source, by experiencing the foundation of our reality. Once we know the origin of experience, beyond the chatter and confusion of the mind, we can see clearly. The world around us transforms tangibly and our experience is saturated with a sense of completeness, connectedness, and a shimmering depth of perception.

Beyond our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, we can find true stability and clarity. It is though transcendence that we can enrich our experience and the very thing we view and believe to be reality.

Fast cars and sexy girls. Show me the money. Power. Corruption. Greed. These are all aspects of life. The path to experience true richness does not deny our shadow or sweep it under the rug. The lightness of our awareness expands and encompasses it, embraces it, and diffuses it.

The more we settle and establish ourselves in the subtler and deeper levels of our awareness we do not escape seemingly negative or challenging aspects of life. We simply see them for what they are. We do not cling, resist, identify or believe too strongly. We let it flow and we come back home, to the awareness of our inner perfection.

From the vantage point of inner perfection the windows of perception are cleared.

A clear perception results in a highly different subjective experience of the world around us as our inner glow emanates outwardly.

Now, don’t misunderstand me, objects still have their form, nature still has its shapes. The events that take place still do occur. However, when established in the truth of pure awareness, the definition of those objects appears differently. The shapes and forms remain, but the clarity is dialed up. The events and circumstances are interpreted in the knowingness of their ultimate perfection.

The chair is not just a chair, it is a vibrant masterpiece made of the same building blocks as the source of our being. The grass is still green, but it shimmers with a brilliance that is not separate from the fabric of our awareness. The sky is blue, painted on a canvas that is you.

A fullness of experience that can be equated to watching life in high definition.

Upgrade your inner TV and the movie will never be the same.

Truth will shine through.

This is not a material world. What really matters, what is of real substance, is eternal and formless.

It forms the foundation to every aspect of existence and enriches every worldly experience.

Be and be rich.

This is what I call life in HD.

True richness.

Next step VR…
